Have you always wanted to flip houses but don't know where to start? Are you worried about the risk of losing money on a flip? We are bringing in a select number of mentees on each of our Southern California flips and giving an intimate, inside look at every step of the house flipping process.   

 

The program allows for 5 participants per flip. The Flip Mentorship Program includes:​​

• Weekly property visits and Q&A with a Flipur team member 

• Weekly Zoom call discussing the progress of the flip

• Budget review throughout the duration of the project
