We are a licensed general contractor and offer a full service of contracting and design services. You need a contractor who understands the need for speed when flipping a home.

OPTION 3: Project Mentorship ($5,000/flip)

Mentorship from close of escrow, through the flip, to final close of escrow on the sale

Includes 3 visits to the property by Sam Meskimen to consult on project
