Join us as a mentee on our Rancho Palos Verdes flip! Want to learn how to flip a house without risking your own money? Reserve your spot TODAY to shadow us for the duration of this flip. We expect the flip to take 8 weeks to complete. Participation in this program includes:​​

Deep dive into the underwriting that led to the purchase of the property

Weekly property visits and Q&A with a Flipur team member. We will offer a Zoom broadcast and recording for those who cannot attend in person.

Weekly Zoom call discussing the progress of the flip. We will provide a recording for those who miss the Zoom call.

Budget review throughout the duration of the project
